Global Guideline: Your warranty length is based on your location (coverage applies only to the country details provided when placing the order):

One year in every region outside Europe; two years within Europe.

The warranty timeframe starts from the moment the package is delivered.

Applies to failures caused by non-human factors, including most battery-powered products. However, these situations are excluded:

  • Incorrect use, rough handling, repairs without authorization, etc.
  • Regular wear and tear, including parts that may wear down over time (e.g., batteries, breast pump accessories), accidental damage, and misuse.
  • Products bought through channels that are not official.
  • Unable to provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Pre-owned products, freebies, and items beyond the warranty period.
