Note: In rare cases, if the local warehouse has no stock, orders will be fulfilled from overseas warehouses.

Ownership, Conditions, and Risk

We ship orders within one to two business days, excluding pre-orders. Please ensure your address information is accurate, because once your package is in transit, it cannot be redirected. Checking and confirming it is your responsibility.

Important Notes:

Express Shipping cannot be used for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing window required to prepare your
order after it is placed and may take longer than expected because of
an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Momcozy pays customs duties on all orders except shipments sent to India and the following countries/regions. Customers in these locations are responsible for any applicable customs duties:

  • India, Norway, Iceland, Ukraine, Albania, Andorra
  • North Macedonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Moldova
  • San Marino, Vatican City, Kosovo, Svalbard & Jan Mayen
  • The Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), and Isle of Man

Additional Shipping Fee for Large Essentials
Because of their size and special handling needs, our larger essential items—such as diapers and wipes—include an extra shipping charge of $9.99 per order. Thank you for your understanding as we help these products reach you and your family in the best condition.

Track Your Order and Delivery

After your confirmation email has been sent, you can follow your order status. You can also check it easily through the online tracking page.

In general, once orders have shipped out (when you have received the tracking number or the order status is completed), your order can no longer be canceled.
