Order Help
Order delivery time is made up of two stages:
● Processing time: 1-2 business days
● Shipping time: 3-8 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Because we work to ship your items as quickly as possible, order changes usually cannot be made once the order is placed. You can Email Us to review your order status.
After your package ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used for the order. If no tracking number arrived, or the tracking looks incorrect, please Email Us.

Sometimes a shipping carrier marks a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If you received a delivery notice but do not have the package, USPS/FedEx delivery vehicles may update GPS-based delivery status too early. Please allow 2-3 business days, as the package may have been marked delivered by mistake and can arrive the following day.
Non-quality concerns: within 30 days of receipt, unused products may be exchanged for issues such as size mismatch, with return shipping paid by you.
Quality concerns: if a product is damaged due to a quality issue during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team. They will help provide the solution that best matches your needs.
No, only one promo code can be used per order. However, when using gift cards, you may apply multiple gift cards to a single order.

Some breast pump accessories should be replaced regularly to keep performance steady. If your pump seems to have lower suction, first check your parts, especially the valves, for wear, fraying, stretching, or damage, and replace them when needed.
- Silicone accessories are recommended to be replaced every 1-3 months;
- Other accessories should be replaced according to usage.
At Momcozy, a breast pump flange size chart is provided to help you find the correct size.
The S9 breast pump automatically turns off after 20 minutes of use, and you can turn it on again to continue. It can run for 70-80 minutes after a full charge, depending on the level you set.
The S12 breast pump automatically turns off after 30 minutes.
First, check that your posture is correct. The right pumping posture is sitting, leaning forward 45 degrees, and keeping the container upright after pumping. Parts are also recommended to be replaced within 1 to 2 months.
Here is how to troubleshoot Momcozy leak problems:
(1) Leaking from silicone:
If the leak comes from the edge of the silicone, the silicone may not be fully snapped in. It may also be faulty or warped. **PLEASE NOTE** heat sterilizing or placing Momcozy washable parts in the dishwasher or microwave oven is not recommended.
(2) Leaking from motor or collection cup:
If the leak comes from between the motor and collection cup, the collection cup and/or motor may not be fully secured. Another possibility is that the collection cup is cracked and suction pressure is causing overflow through the crack.
The solution is to keep the correct posture, then secure it with tape.
(3) Leaking from the milk pour hole:
If the leak comes from the pour hole, make sure the silicone shield notch and collection cup notch line up when snapping the pieces together. If the holes are not aligned, leaking can happen through the hole(s).
(4) Leaking from flange hole:
If the leak comes from the flange hole, it may be caused by leaning back too far. It is also possible that your duckbill needs replacement if the slit is open and lets milk travel back up into the flange during strong movement.
Other tips:
- Remove the pump by tilting it forward 45 degrees and taking it out. If wearing a nursing bra, it is best to open the detachable clip. With enough space to remove it, the silicone flange will not be touched.
- Pour milk with the flange entrance facing upward.
Here are several solutions to check:
Step 1: If suction is low, first check the valves and membranes. Separate the membranes from the valves. Inspect them for damage, including cracks, chips, holes, or tears, and make sure the pieces fit securely and lie flat. If a part is damaged, stop using it and purchase a replacement.
Please reassemble after checking.
Step 2. Check whether the flange size is suitable. Getting no milk while pumping is often a sign of poor shield fit or positioning.
Step 3. Try adjusting modes and suction levels. Before pumping, warm the breast with a hot towel and massage to stimulate the areola so the breast is fully unblocked.
For this issue, first check whether the flange size is suitable. If the flange is too large or too small, it may cause pain.
Then try adjusting modes and suction levels. Before pumping, warm the breast with a hot towel and massage to stimulate the areola so the breast is fully unblocked.
When the motor is running, some noise is unavoidable and normal.
Here is how to troubleshoot Momcozy squeaking problems:
(1) Keep it dry before use
(2) Make sure accessories are not damaged
(3) Confirm all accessories are installed correctly
(4) Make sure there is no gap between the breast pump and the breast; wearing a suitable nursing bra and adjusting the size is best
If your pump is still making noise, please contact us so one of our team members can help solve the problem.
Size Help
Measure the diameter of your nipple. The standard flange size is often 24 mm, but a smaller or larger flange may be needed based on your measurement.
Compare your nipple diameter with the available size options.

Your body shape and size can change quickly during pregnancy and nursing. Each Momcozy product includes a size chart to help you choose the right fit, and our How to Size Guide Page is also helpful. For bras, we strongly recommend measuring your underbust and bust before ordering. If you need more fit support, please Email Us.
There are several fit signs to check:
-The bottom band should sit straight across your back. If it rides up, check that the straps are the right length. If the straps are fine, tighten the band or try a smaller band size.
-The bottom band should feel snug but comfortable. You should be able to fit two fingers under the band. If more than two fingers fit, tighten the band or choose a smaller band size.
-There should not be puckering in the cups. If extra fabric appears around the cups, try one cup size smaller.
-Breasts should not spill out of the cups or sides. If the cups press into the breasts, create bulging at the top, or spill at the sides, try a larger cup size.
-Shoulder straps should rest comfortably on the shoulders. They should not slip off or dig in.

Our bras have unique sizing, so we strongly recommend checking each size chart before purchasing. Since we use different fabrics and silhouettes, each style has its own stretch and fit. You may be a medium in one style and a small or large in another, so please measure and choose accordingly.
Your band size will likely decrease after delivery, returning closer to your pre-pregnancy size. At the same time, your cup size will likely increase one to two cup sizes once your milk comes in. Your breasts may continue to fluctuate as they fill with milk and after breastfeeding. Our letter-sized bras (small, medium, large, etc.) are designed to stretch with these breast changes.
Absolutely! You should measure yourself for a new bra while pregnant, especially if you feel any discomfort. Your body changes a lot during pregnancy and, eventually, regular bras may no longer fit. Our letter-sized bras (small, medium, large, etc.) are made to stretch with breast, rib, and belly growth during pregnancy.
More Topics
In simple terms, the main difference between maternity bras and nursing bras is that nursing bras offer easy breast access for breastfeeding, often with drop-down or pull-away cups. Our nursing bras can be worn during both pregnancy and breastfeeding because they are designed with stretch to support breast and rib cage changes.
The best time to buy a nursing bra is whenever your regular bra starts feeling uncomfortable, or when you are getting ready to breastfeed. This is especially true during pregnancy, as your body may change as early as the second trimester and you will eventually outgrow regular bras.
To help your bras last as long as possible, follow these steps when washing:
- Close all hooks and clasps before washing to prevent twisting and tangling
- Wash with similar colors, such as beiges with whites and darks with blacks, to keep colors true
- Handwashing in cold water is recommended. If using a washing machine, place bras in a lingerie bag. Choose the delicate cycle and cold water to reduce fading and shrinkage
- Avoid bleach because it can weaken fabric stretch. If bleach is necessary, use non-chlorine bleach.
- To dry, hang the bra with cups reshaped and the back hooked. Avoid the dryer when possible because dryer heat may damage stretch
- Please do not iron your bra. Heat damages elastic and changes the fit
